Answer :

I think that if you do it a lot, it can lead to back problems, i.e. stiffness and aches and pains, but I doubt it’d actually give you a hump. Best thing to do is to try and stop slouching as much. When ever you sit down at meals say, sit up straight and use the chair to help support you if you need too. You won’t do yourself any favours by slouching.
