Is there really any reason to buy 89 octane gas over 87?

1 Answer

Answer :

answer:I heard from a potentially reliable source (50/50) that half of the time, the people who put the different grades of gas in the pumps don’t even do it correctly. So, if you buy regular gas all the time, you’re probably actually using premium gas some of the time. Likewise, if you bought premium gas all the time, you may be using regular. Personally, I don’t know anyone that’s ever used anything but regular. Unless their car requires diesel.
