answer:It all depends, how overweight are you. It is strange, the larger you are, the easier it is to drop the weight. So depending on if you are obese and losing weight to achieve a normal weight, it will take less time than if I was to attempt to lose only six pounds. The tips that I have are, make many small changes. Eat a meal about every four hours, but have them be small. Additionally, I would highly recommend any type of cardio workout, that burns the fat the quickest.My personal favorite is running and that helped me drop about 5 pounds in the past. Good Luck.
