answer:You have to create a playlist first and then burn the playlist to CD. Go to the iTunes screen and make sure you’re in your “music library” (see the top of the left hand column). Next, click the ”+” symbol at the bottom left hand corner. A new playlist will appear in the column above. Name the playlist whatever you want. Now go to your list of tracks. Highlight the tracks you want and either drag them into the playlist or right/option click and select “Add to Playlist” and then choose the new playlist in the drop down menu. Now click your playlist in the left hand column and ensure that you have the tracks you want. Finally, select the playlist, right/option click and select “Burn playlist to disc” from the right/option click menu. It should prompt you to insert a blank disc and then start burning the CD. I think it’s so convoluted, because the music industry didn’t want everyone to start copying files, so Apple had to create a way to make it more difficult. Don’t quote me on that.
