Yeah, I live near DC, we got tons of em. You get used to it..which is insensitive but true. I can spot one easy now, I would think the answer is more education about it and community resources, but prostitution itself isn’t the problem in my opinion. The illegality of it is. These women and girls wouldn’t be abused nearly as much if it were legalized and regulated.
