Breakfast Casserole 9×13 pan, greased The night before, fill with 8 slices bread, torn up 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 can chopped green chiles Whisk together 6 eggs, 2 cups milk and pour over the bread mixture Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. (important) Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees Usually you see this recipe with cooked sausage, but I prefer to make it with green chiles so the vegetarians can eat it as well. You can put just about anything in it. Tastes like a cross between quiche and a souffle, but without the hassle.
