I work a 12 hour night shift, 4 days a week so I tend to have very sporadic hours. The best advice I can give you is do what you have to do. When I go to sleep, I have to get at least 4–5 hours. My body just doesn’t respond until I get that initial amount. I accidentally over slept and miss a friends wedding just last week. Sleep patterns are a hard thing to control/ Just do what you have to do to make it through the day and then when you have free time, like on a weekend, try to get your schedule back to normal.
