In school I wasn’t fat but I wasn’t good at sport, I hated sports lessons and they didn’t make me like it or get me healthy in any way, it just made me hate the lessons more because I was versing people so much better than me. I was against sports from the start so even versing people my own level wouldn’t really work but I think it would help.
