If you've ever used the services of a professional hypnotist, how did you go about finding one you wanted to work with?

1 Answer

Answer :

I was hypnotized once as a demonstration by a friend of my extended familia, he threw in some think positive stuff. It relaxed me, and consequently I felt better for quite some time following that. I don’t have the energy to post on all your questions on hypnotism today, but I promise I’ll get around to it. Suffice to say, I would never go to a person claiming to be able to retrieve lost memories. Time and time again it has been proven it is suggestion. I think in terms of relaxation and the ability to confront problems in a state of complete calm is beneficial to the issues anyone might be dealing with. But I don’t think it’s the hypnotism itself. So to answer again, I found him through family. I don’t know if he still does it, but I found him very relaxing. And it was done in the middle of a family party with children screaming and running and I just…couldn’t care less. It was great. For a number of reasons. :)
