Cover it, keep it clean, and don’t play drums for a couple of days. The best bandage would be a piece of gauze taped over the blister. It will hurt for a little while, but the only thing to speed up recovery is to leave it alone. Wash it, cover it, leave it alone, and within the week you’ll be playing again. This is coming from an experienced rower who has had more than his share of blisters.
