I’ve heard that there may be growth in the future in the Florida panhandle, up by Cedar Key and Panama City. That seems to be one fo the few underdeveloped areas of Florida near the coast. We have a place in Dunedin, near Clearwater. It’s very built up but nice and there are opportunities to buy quite cheaply because of the recession, but I wouldn’t call it undiscovered.
