We bought one last month. It works well, if your dog will tolerate it. Winston had no problem with it. He will generally lay there and let you do anything to him. He did not like to have his nails trimmed with the nail clipper. This was great for him, and it really rounded off his nails. They were not sharp and scratchy at all.
