In general, about any weight-loss scheme, if it sounds too good to be true, it is not true. If you feel good, good. However, there is exactly one way to lose weight: eat less energy than you spend. Everything else is fluff. In your case, my guess is that the low carb diet is making you pay more attention in general to when and what exactly you eat. You could probably get the same effect by simply the low carb diet, and very probably by simply any restriction to diet that makes you notice everything you eat. You might want to experiment to realize what the minimum change to your previous habits are that is causing the weight loss, rather than do all those (probably expensive!) “treatments”.
