Is anyone trying the UltraMind 6 week health program?

In my opinion, healthy eating habits are a lifelong moving target. The goals change as you age, and as more is learned about the science of nutrition. I don’t see anything wrong with the steps you have taken but I do question the idea of a 6-week program. Then what? The best advice has been repeated over and over, but it can’t hurt to repeat it once more: Eat real food, mostly plants, not too much.
