I haven't worked out very hard in 8 weeks and I need to get in shape, whats a good workout plan while juggling a lot of school work?

If you can find a way, walking 30 minutes a day will go a long way toward keeping you in good shape. For staying in shape, I would suggest some light weight-lifting, with low weights and many reps, just to keep your muscles flexing and tight. For getting in shape, cardio is vital.
