I’d be very hesitant to travel anywhere but Canada (assuming you’re in the US) without proper vaccinations. It’s sometimes recommended you get extra vaccinations to travel depending on where you’re going, and some countries will even require it. For example, I had to have documented proof of yellow fever vaccination to go to Brazil.
