How do I lessen my dependance on sleep?

1 Answer

Answer :

answer:You’re right – not everyone is the same when it comes to how much sleep one needs. However, if you don’t feel refreshed when you’re alarm goes off in the morning and you have trouble getting out of bed, it means that you’re either not sleeping well enough, or you’re not getting enough sleep. Do an experiment sometime. Go to bed so that you can devote approximately six hours of sleep for yourself, set your alarm, and see if you wake up still feeling tired. If so, you probably need more rest than just six hours. Tweak the hours around a bit, and eventually your body will make clear exactly how much rest you need. I know you probably don’t want to hear it, but disallowing yourself sleep when your body actually needs it is really unhealthy.
