There seems to be a short in the switch in the steering column. Do you have “tilt-wheel”? It’s a more common problem on cars with tilt-wheel. If you’re even a little mechanically inclined it’s a fairly straight forward repair, otherwise take it to a reputable automotive electrical shop or the dealership.
