answer:I have not had this particular experience, but..surely there is a way to inquire via a phone call prior to your appt. Often postmasters are very knowledgable about passport requirements, maybe try your local postmaster. If you are an adult I don’t see how this could be an issue. You simply provide their birthplaces, date of birth and full names, that is all that is usually required. Which is already on your reg. copy of your birth cert. Good luck!
