APU can be operated up to around FL420. Up to  around FL 250, the APU can provide electrical  power of 90 kVA ampere rating as well as  pneumatic power for air  conditioning/pressurization and wing anti
icing. After this altitude, the APU is incapable of  providing pneumatic power and electrical  power it provide drops to power rating of 66  kVA.
