answer:I had a red and black and white bedroom for years. I painted my walls white, and chose one wall for a red accent wall. I put up black blinds and curtains, used accent pillows in black and red (my bedset was also black and red). I had dark gray carpet and dark furniture. It probably doesn’t sound like much, but it really was beautiful. So this color scheme can work in a bedroom. I would choose which of the 3 you would like to be your dominant color. The color you choose as the dominant color will have a huge effect on the look of the entire room. Black would make the room rather dark, though you could probably manage to make it elegant if you were careful. Red is very bold. If you go with white as your dominant color, and use the others as accents.. it will be more subtle. I would paint your furniture black or white (whichever you prefer), and paint the walls a different color than the furniture. Perhaps with an accent wall, as I had. Depending on the size of the bedroom (if it is a bit on the small side) you might want to go with mostly white walls.
