The headache could be either from too much **** or not eating food. Having experienced being malnourished, I know what that i-havent-eaten-anything-yet-today headache is like, and it can happen. The twitchy eye is supposedly a lack of potassium, so I don’t know if that has anything to do with it. Is the eye twitching constant? Has this happened to your eye in any level of severity before?
