answer:I’ve used Norton 360 ever since version 2. They’re up to v. 6 now. But I don’t know what you mean by “automatic submission”. What is automatically being submitted? If all else fails, you can always go on an online chat session with a Norton technician. www.norton.com The technician can also (with your permission) take control of your computer remotely, as if he/she were in your home, and fix the problem.
