Seeing something on TV and then seeing it in real life is a huge disconnect, and terribly confusing. My son spazzed when he saw the big Barney dinosaur at Universal for the first time. And I get it – I mean, Barney’s this little thing on the TV, perfectly safe, and then here’s some 6 foot tall purple thing trying to hug me. That little IronMan kid—“Mom! Who is this guy?
