answer:Interesting question. I’ve found that over time, I taste more and more when I’m sick – so I’m not sure that my suggestions will work for you. But lately my favourite thing to eat when I’m sick is some variation on Tom yum soup with a bagel and cream cheese. The flavour of the cream cheese comes out against the soup, and vice versa. And the soup is so hearty. Great stuff. If you’re finding that sweet things taste good, but don’t want to have anything too heavy, maybe pick up some sorbet? The flavours are usually quite powerful, and while they’re sweet, they’re very low in fat. It won’t make a meal, but might break the monotony.
