answer:Looks like the answer is no. The help page on YouTube filters is both about 1) filtering search results after you have started a search for certain terms, and not about the home page spam suggestions. 2) the filters do not allow you to specify terms to exclude, anyway. Also, according to this answer , you used to be able to do some things to customize your home page, but Google removed that (wait – is this Social or General? ah…) BECAUSE GOOGLE IS BECOMING MORE EVIL. ;-)
