answer:Management. They screwed up royally with bad technology decisions about 5–6 years ago, and the current CEO is much more about selling ads than about providing service. Yahoo as a company is on the way down. It may take a few years, but they are bad news and getting worse. If I were you, I would seriously think about changing email providers, because it isn’t going to get any better.
