answer:I wouldn’t ascribe it to cultural as much as familial. You love what gave you comfort when young. You are only part Irish, what else are you made up of and what cultural adaptations would you ascribe to that? Potatoes only have a few hundred years history in Ireland. If potatoes are your cultural food of choice, are you Incan? That’s where potatoes came from.
