answer:Actually, if you look back a lot of people on the right thought McCain and Romney weren’t far enough on the right and blamed their loss on that. Trump isn’t really saying crazy shit. The racism and misogyny have always been there. Trump just made it so you didn’t need to dog-whistle it. My hunch is there are some that will use Trump as a model in the future but they will be able to seem less reckless but still share 99% of his views.
