answer:The bunny appears at 6:54 in the video. Given the mustache and the bunny bopping what appear to be Axis cartoon characters, my guess is Josef Stalin, who was the head dude of the USSR from 1924–1953 (if my memory is accurate). I haven’t had a chance to see the whole video, but I just might someday.
