I personally wouldn’t. I was lucky that my menstrual cycle was always pretty regular and I wasn’t in great pain. However, some women are in a lot of pain and so being able to take a day or two off if they need it would be a good thing. I don’t think the majority of women would abuse the option. Some would, but if you’ve got employees who care about their work and you are looking out for them by allowing such leave, I think most people would not.
