I wonder if it might have been an automatic procedure that does that to a picture if it seems to be showing a lot of skin? (It’s a corollary to why I’m afraid about robotic drivers for automobiles – a computer algorithm can seem like it works well, and then make mistakes no human would make.) Unless it is obvious that there is an actual human addressing you specifically, I would suggest trying to appeal the reaction to a human support representative.
