I'm great at english and understanding the language, even when I took william shakesman in high school a long ass time ago I thought it was tedious. I doubt many high schoolers are going to get much out of it, even university level english majors will probably find a lot of it pointless. Hamlet is the foundation of a lot of stories, but the actual dialogue just isn't enjoyable to read as a modern speaker.
