Ingredients1 lb **** sausage, bulk, sage2 tb Onion, finely chopped6 tb Flour1 qt Milk1/2 ts Poultry seasoning1/2 ts Nutmeg, ground1/4 ts SaltWorcestershire, dash Hot pepper sauce, dash Angel Biscuits* Crumble sausage into a large saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until transparent. Drain, discarding all but 2 tablespoons of drippings. Stir in flour; cook over medium-low heat about 6 minutes or until the mixture bubbles and turns golden. Stir in milk. Add seasonings; cook, stirring, until thickened.
