You will often feel tired and lose your weight training motivation easily. Listen to your body and look at your workout routine to see if you are trying to do too much too soon. Successful fitness goals require time and learning. Use a notebook to record your workouts so you can see your progress. This will keep you motivated and help prevent burnout.
