Baking soda and lemon.Just fill a basin with 1/4 cup of baking soda, 8 cups of warm water, and the juice of a single lemon.Soak your feet for 20 minutes, then dry them thoroughly.You'll be amazed at the fresh, odor-free sensation.Sage and rosemary.Antibacterial herbs take care of the germs that cause foot odor, and they smell great themselves.Try blending 1 tsp of dried rosemary and 2 tsp of dried sage into a basin of boiling water.Wait for the water to cool before you soak your feet for half an hour, twice per day.Epsom Salt.Emsom salt isn't just for aches and pains. It's also a powerful odor neutralizer.For this relaxing foot soak, dissolve 1/2 cup of Epsom salt in 8 cups of warm water.Let your feet soak for 30 minutes at a time. If you have really sweaty feet, or work out a lot, do this twice per day.Black tea.Tea leaves, especially black tea, have antimicrobial powers that can help freshen up your feet.Use 5 tea bags in a basin of boiling water.Let the tea steep for at least 10 minutes, and be sure to let the foot soak cool down sufficiently before you submerge your toes. Soak feet for 20 minutes at a time, then dry them thoroughly before putting on socks.Apple cider vinegar.This one's our favorite. Mix 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar with anywhere between 5 and 8 cups of warm water.Apple cider vinegar is a natural remedy for just about everything.When you soak your feet in this solution for 15 minutes, twice per day, your feet will quickly lose their funk.
