The largest cause of infertility in men (90%) is low sperm count, poor sperm quality or some combination of the two. These two occurrences can be caused by genetics, environment, disease, lifestyle habits and more. The main causes of infertility in men is low to no sperm count. There may also be birth defects involved in addition to issues with semen ph levels.
