What are the features for Human Retinal Pigment Epithelial Cells?

1 Answer

Answer :

Human Retinal Pigment Epithelial Cells (HRPEpiC) are isolatedfrom human retina. HRPEpiC are cryopreserved at passage one anddelivered frozen. Each vial contains >5 x 10^5 cells in 1 mlvolume. HRPEpiC are characterized by immunofluorescent method withantibodies to cytokeratin-18, cytokeratin-19 and fibronectin.HRPEpiC are negative for HIV-1, HBV, HCV, mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi.
