vist: https://support.twitter.com/articles/18311 to get all current and upcoming updates from twitter I haven't seen an exact number of allowed accounts mentioned... you have to make sure they are "real". Twitter may choose to close your account if: create accounts for the purpose of preventing others from using those account names; create accounts for the purpose of selling those accounts; and use feeds of third-party content to update and maintain accounts under the names of those third parties.
