How can I bake a pudding in a IFB microwave oven?

There is a way to make a caramel custard pudding in a microwave. If you are looking to cook a normal pudding such a vanilla or even lemon, I'm not sure this one will work well at all. Normally these puddings need to cook slowly on a stove because you are adding cornstarch to the mixture. The cornstarch needs to be mixed and stirred when cooking to avoid lumps in the pudding. Anyhow here is a great way that you can make a caramel custard pudding in a microwave. Combine 2 eggs and 40 grams of sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine the sugar and eggs together. Now add in 250 milliliters of milk that was warmed in the microwave for 90 seconds.  Slowly pour this in the egg and sugar mixture and mix well. Use a strainer and a microwave safe bowl. Pour your mixture into the strainer to remove all the lumps and other ingredients that didn't mix well. You want a very smooth batter when you cook this.  You need to cover this with a plastic wrap before putting it in the microwave. cook it for only 90 seconds in a 600 Walt microwave oven. Remove it from the oven and stir the ingredients. Now put it back in the oven and cook it again for 1 minute more. Remove it from the microwave and allow it to cook. You can now top this with a caramel topping or any other topping you wish.
