Answer :

Direct contact with the eyes can often irritate them. Our hands are with microscopic germs most of the time because they are the most active parts of our body. You wouldn't want to be rubbing your eyes if your hands aren't clean. If you must sooth your eyes, you can close your lids and cover with a clean wet towel until it dries out. Also, a slice of cucumber can do the trick. Cucumber contains lots of water which can moisturize and filter toxins. You can also refer to your doctor for special eye exercise.
