I myself use computer for 8 hours even if it is less throughout the day. I have been using computer for 10 years , Alhamdulillah I have no problem. If you keep your eyes closed for half an hour without doing any work , there will be no problem. Can live without glasses. If you do not have any eye problems, you can use a type of glasses called computer glasses available in the market. Price 1200-1500 rupees If you have symptoms like headache , blurred vision, consult a doctor.
