Yes, its a good business to start, because inspite of many Mobile Wallets, still there is a requirement for a Kiosk based model where these things can be done quickly. You might have to do the groundwork and start this at residential areas or a cluster location, where you have many footfalls. At present, the commission rates per transaction is quite low about .5- 3% and making money by just relying on mobile/DTH recharges is not wiser decision.
