I moved to a new one and I have two stoves. Gas and electric. Both are functional. I want to send one for scrap. Which oven bakes better? Gas or electric? I bake my belly a lot, so which stove should I keep here?
I replaced the gas oven with an electric one. It bakes much better in it. In gas there is a heat source only at the bottom, in electric and at the top. The temperature is better regulated in it as well. When baking in a gas oven, the food is baked from the bottom and pale at the top. Sweet food and sweets are also well baked in it.
