Is it possible to play Nova Plus programs on Smart TV?

I have a Panasonic Viera Smart TV, Novaplus pretends to load and then a message appears stating that the program cannot be played. The TV is about half a year old, software update done, I couldn't download anything else. Is this normal or is I wrong? Thank you

I think (but I don't know 100%) that nova plus can only be played on the internet. I quote: Nova Plus, which will allow viewers to watch the latest episodes of programs on the Internet.
