What is a pot ??? Cast iron, stainless steel, enamel, aluminum ... So it's "secret" ;-) OK - I recommend cleaning cast iron and stainless steel with sodium hydroxide attention, even hand). It's fast, efficient - and stainless steel or cast iron lye won't hurt. The enamel is a bit more extinguishing, so let it soak (calmly for a few hours) and then boil the water in it, finally add acid (preferably HCl, but vinegar is enough) - just watch out for aggressive fumes, you have to ventilate. Throw the aluminum pot ... ;-) Yeah - if it is - by pure chance, the glass pot, the same applies as for enamel. And definitely don't use abrasives (unless the surface of the pot is already scratched *) - in ´scraps´ the next time you burn, it starts burning ... *) if the pot is already scratched, let it blast (sand), long and narrow scratches will become ´ round points, you don't mind that much or throw it away and buy a new one
