Hello, I would like to ask what are the chances of the father entrusting the child to his care? The baby is 3 years old. We've been with him every day since. My partner and I are not married. My son's name is the same as me. We live together with our parents in a big house on the outskirts of Prague. A very quiet place for the growth and development of a child, I can take great care of myself and with the help of my parents. I dare say that he is fixed on me and he likes me very much. My sister and I learned yesterday that she was in a relationship with my brother-in-law. My sister called me right away and my girlfriend immediately came home, packed her things and left somewhere without a baby, I don't even know where. I was Auschwitz, I was able to make quite a bit of money, but now there was less work and so that I didn't have to pay social and health, I suspended my business and applied to the employment office. But I can make money. That wouldn't be a problem. I want to ask: what is the chance that I could get my son into my care? Or alternating care, when the partner could see her son, for example, on a weekend every two weeks? Should I report it to the police regarding neglect? you do not state in the first place whether you are listed as the father in the child's birth certificate. this is the first and essential thing. secondly, all the conditions in which a child lives are judged by a social worker - and this also applies to your work - so that I do not have to pay social and health, so I suspended my trade and applied to the employment office. and But I can make money. I would never use (how can you get money if not honest work?) in dealing with the authority (ies)? rather, it can happen that when a social worker starts to dig into it, they take your child - you do not see the heads of officials and I have no idea what solution can lead to this. I understand your motives, but it is worth considering maintaining the status quo (without a court decision). at first glance it seems that you could succeed. but the court will consider other aspects, both present and past. it's up to you. good luck.
