Hello, my grandson was entrusted to the care of a grandmother on the mother's side 2 years ago, due to neglect, drug addiction, prostitution, unfortunately he lived outside the Czech Republic in a problematic family, 4 days ago, a similar situation occurred the person responsible for raising the grandson was arrested in Germany by the drug police, the sale and transport of hard drugs, the son and my son have so far been transported to my mother living in the Czech Republic, it is only temporary, the mother starts surgery soon, we do not have a travel document for the grandson and mainly we do not know how to proceed legally, we do not want the grandson to end up in an institution, he is 7 years old, he started first class, his son has been in contact with him regularly for 1 year, he visits him every weekend, pays his tuition, all costs associated with care.
