What is your experience with those you buy? Is it better to make a home?

I love roasts. I know where to buy them and where they have another supplier and he harmonizes them more, it bothers me. Loading roasts at home would mean that you have the opportunity to get more freshwater fish for a mouthful. Otherwise, it will really become more expensive, and from the sea, thawed, it's a bad idea. It'll be fun. Of the freshwater, meatballs loaded with brine are also wonderful.
