WHO throws leaflets in there? If you are a postman, complain to the appropriate post office (local), preferably in writing - you will usually succeed (tried it). If there is a leaflet distribution company, you will have to complain to its management. Or contact the companies whose leaflets are delivered to you via the alert and complain that the distribution company they have chosen is constantly throwing in the leaflets despite your clearly expressed wishes.
